SuperPark 15: Making it's way to the NW!

peeps over at Mt. Bachelor are killing it this year' They've had some awesomely
unique events (See: Big Wave Challenge), have had some of the best snow seen all
winter in the Pacific NW, and NOW Snowboarder Magazine has not only presented
them with 'Best Terrain Park' of the year but they have also been awarded the
hosting duties of Snowboarder magazines prestigious Super Park 15! What is Super
Park you might be asking yourself. Imagine top park builders from Bachelor,
Killington, High Cascade Snowboard Camp, and many others, coming together to
build a series of innovative jumps, jibs and rails that will allow for
snowboarding's top riders to not only showcase their skills but also, take the
sport of snowboarding to the next level. Top filmmakers, photographers, and
other media outlets (ESPN, Fuel, Snowboarder magazine, Standard film to name
drop a few) will be on hand to capture all of the action. This is just the basic
description of Super Park, but I think this gives you a pretty solid idea of how
amazing this event is going to be. Unfortunately, the park itself is closed to
the public and Super Park is an invite only event. BUT before you start
boo-hooing. and move on to the next blog post, there is a way for you to get
your party on with the Super Park peeps. Super Park 15 will conclude with a 'Pit
Day' on May 14th, where you will get the chance to mingle (and even ride) with
some of your favorite pros, demo some of next years sweet gear, and of course
there will be a party with beer from Deschutes Brewery and live Music! This is
another event that you're definitely not going to want to pass on.
